Hi, we can surely help you to lose weight. U have to do cardio for a minimum of 40 minutes. Then only the body will start burning fat. Also you have to eat low calorie foods at regular intervals. Also the dinner should be light.

Hi, You have to eat foods high in calories like paneer, fruits, vegetables, pulses to gain weight. Again, you have to be careful to have good fats and not fats that are harmful. If you follow a proper high calorie diet, you can easily gain weight.

Hi, You have to eat low calorie food and eat at regular intervals to lose weight. For a proper diet chart, we need to know your routine, lifestyle, likes and dislikes. Then we need to know your height in cms so that we can know your ideal body weight. By knowing all these, we will be able to give you a proper weight loss diet. Also we do not believe in starving and loosing weight.
