There are several ways to lose lots of weight in a very small span of time. But the unfortunate part of it is that these techniques (well, most of them) make you feel unsatisfied and remain hungry. So if you are not the one with an iron willpower, most of these slimming plans will dissolve within a few days, for your hunger will make you do it.

However, here is a plan outline that will not only make you reduce your appetite significantly, but will make you lose weight quickly without hunger pangs and also improve your metabolic weight at the same time. One of the essential things to remember while trying to lose weight is that you must cut down your consumption of sugar and starches, which are also classified as carb rich diets. Carb-rich foods stimulate secretion of insulin the most. It can be noted over here that insulin is one of the main fat storage hormones in your body.

So when insulin in the body goes down, fats in our body have an easier time to get out of the fat stores in our metabolism as the body starts burning fat for heat and energy instead of carbs. It kills the desires for eating late night snacks by half and eats at least 441 calories less food intake per day. Although you do not need to exercise a lot to lose weight on this plan. But then again exercise is always good for your health.

The best option is to visit the gym at least 3-4 times a week. Do a warm up first, followed by lifting weights and stretch. By weight lifting, experts are of the opinion, that weight lifting and eating low carbs at the same time prevent your metabolism from slowing down and at the same time helps you to lose weight. The following items are deleted:- a) butter, ghee and coconuts chutney. B) fried food items. C) egg yolk. D) nutrition. E) high calorie fruits like banana. This diet provides about 1000-1200 calories and 40-45gm of protein.
