A condition of the fingers which can occur when a major nerve of the hand is compressed due to an injury or accident. It is caused due to a pinched or compressed nerve in the wrist. Other causes of this condition would include defects in the anatomy of the hand, patterns of hands usage and other pre-existing health conditions.
