Normally sab samajhte hai ki weight gain ke liye fat and milk+ banana lena chahiye, but we miss other aspects. Total protein aap poore din mei kitna le rahe hai uspe depend karta hai. Weight gain is more difficult than weight loss. Thoda patience ke saath karna padta hai. High protein balanced diet ke saath regular exercise (strengthening wali) + good water intake, sound sleep, statying away from stress, all of them play important role.
Stop taking fast food .try to prepare fresh food and avoid still food.
should take timely food i.e breakfast , lunch and dinner .
breakfast you can have daliya or pongal or poha or upma or idle in between 8am to 9am.
lunch you can take complete meals and include butter milk and salad in between 1pm to 2pm.
Dinner you can have light food kichadi or 2 chapatis and 1 bol sazi in between 7pm to 8pm if you r not much hungry or late for you dinner can avoid . you can take 1 glass milk with1 bol makhana.

Avoid processed food completely. Also avoid sugar as much as you can. Have plenty of fiber rich foods. Eat more protein. Drink plenty of water, get enough sleep and exercise regularly. Try exercises that help in reducing belly fat such as crunches, lunges, bicycle exercise etc. Also do some cardio.

apko high protein cheezein har khane mein badhane hogi. milk, paneer sprouts, dals, soya , nuts, ke jaise. agar aap non veg lete ho to 2eggs daily le sakte hain. uske alawa. doodh ke saath kuch khajoor, ya badam, ya answer ya kela dinein ek baar zaruri lein.
Do you nap in daytime or do you sleep till late in morning. If yes then stop it. U need to change your habits. Try to go to bed early. Stop watching tv or mobile phone etc atleast an hour before going to sleep. Drink warm milk before going to bed. Even if you not able to sleep do not start chatting on what's app or face book etc. Don't sleep till late in morning. Eat healthy well balanced food. Finish your dinner at least 2 hours before bed time. Also dinner should be light

You need to do urine pregnancy test. It should be done 10 days after missing your period. For example if your date was 10th, then do the test on 20th. Before that it can give false negative or false positive test.
