Hi doctor, hope you are safe and doing well! I am suffering from psoriasis issue since last 4 years and now started using homeopathic medicines since 6 months. I have this issue at my internal parts spread all over and it's spreading over hands also now. M trying to avoid strong smelling food. However recently got a suggestion to have a warm milk (less fat) with turmeric and cardamom. So can I take this? As m having homeopathic medicines? Please advise.

If that doesn't work please follow these herbal combinations sootshekhar ras 1 tablet twice a day gandhak rasayan avleh 10 gm twice a day relief in 3-4 days and for complete cure take it for 60 days only avoid spicy and oily food.
