I am getting slim day by day. I eat a lot but I don't get to understand where the food goes. Just because of my slim and skinny figure I get I'll very early.

Hello lybrate-user, tell me your height and weight. First don't skip your breakfast because breakfast is very important meal in whole day and should provide energy. Eat so first you will set your eating timings.in breakfast eat heat healthy and balanced diet include milk oats, paneer sandwich/eggs/omelette/sprouts with milk. Take high protein and high calories diet. Add milk sakes, fruit shakes, ice creams, puddings, sweet dishes etc. Avoid bad fats like deep fried items, use healthy oils like soybean, canola oil, olive oil etc. In fruits eat extra bananas and mangoes. Do brisk walk atlest 15-30 min daily to increase your appetite.

Hii lybrate-user, Ashwagandha has a lot of uses. Ashwagandha is used for arthritis, anxiety, trouble sleeping (insomnia), tumors, tuberculosis, asthma, a skin condition marked by white patchiness (leukoderma), bronchitis, backache, fibromyalgia, menstrual problems, hiccups, and chronic liver disease but not for gain weight. For weight gain should improve your daily intake, take changes in your diet. Eat high protein and high calories diet like eggs, fish, chicken, sprouts, soy, milk products like curd, paneer, kheer, icrecreams, shakes, eat fruits and vegebles twice a day. Drink 3 -4 liters water in a day.

Hello lybrate-user, add to calories in your diet in buying increasing the consumption of daily product. Do not cut back on the fat contain in your milk .Add a healthy portion of red meat to your diet but keep in mind not to overdo. You can even add olive oil to your salads add vegetables in your diets, and do not skip your meals. Eat 5-6 meals I a day.

Start your day with heavy and healthy breakfast (eat milk oats, paneer sandwich/ sometimes parantha with milk, toasted bread with butter/ peanut butter. Don't skip your breakfast, Eat any fruit in a day, avoid junk food. You can add extra salads in your day.

Hello lybrate-user, according to your height you have to reduce at least 5 kgs kgs. Drink plenty of water. Take fresh fruits like papaya, orange, apple, guava, strawaberries, peaches, plums and vegetables like cauliflower, cabbage, ghia, tori ,tinda lady finger etc. Include protein in your breakfast like egg/panner. Avoid fried foods, dal, rice and heavy items at night. Take early and light dinner as much as possible. Do some exercise like walking, cardio atleast 30 mins in a day.

It's good to put bottle gourd  in boil vegetables. For weight loss. I eat boil vegetables in lunch sometime in breakfast too. It contains Carrots, bottle gourd, French beans, green peas, soybean chunks & sweet corns.

Hello lybrate-user, yes boiled vegetables are good for weight loss and there is no harm from bottle gourd. But don't eat in breakfast and lunch. You should eat boiled vegetables in dinner for good results. Eat healthy breakfast with five food groups like milk, cereals like oats/ poha, wheat flakes, eggs, sprouts (all should be prepared only in olive oil)

You need to increase your calorie intake by increasing your carbohydrates & protein intake. You can have parathas, cheese sandwiches in your breakfast. Increase 1 chapati more in your lunch & dinner. Add rice in your lunch. Include vegetables, dal, salad ,curd in your daily meals. You can have milkshakes, cookies fruits in between your meals. Add sweet dish. Eat every 2-3 hours.
