Hello, To gain weight, you should eat every 2-3 hours. Have 6 -7 meals in a day with healthy and high calorie foods. Include milkshakes, cheese sandwiches, paneer or aloo parathas in your breakfast. Lunch and dinner should be 3 - 4 chapatis with vegetable, rice and dal. Add a sweetdish after meals. In between snacks can be cookies, ice-creams, juices, dry fruits like kaju, kismis, badaam, peanuts, dhoklas, idlis, bhelpuri, aloo chaat etc.

Hello, You can consult us via a private chat on Lybrate as we need to understand your food habits, lifestyle, blood group and medical history (if any). In general, few tips for weight loss include: Have small and frequent meals instead of 3 main meals in a day. Avoid sweets and sugar based foods, fried foods and heavy dinners. Include 2 - 3 servings of fruits and vegetables. Go for atleast 30 - 40 min of brisk walks / jogging every day. Have a light and early diner (by 8 Pm) and no salt intake after 8-8: 30 pm. Have a diet rich in protein and fiber. One day in a week you can go for a fruit day.

Hello, Blood pressure readings have two numbers, 120 /80mmHg. Is normal range. The top number is your systolic blood pressure. (The highest pressure when your heart beats and pushes the blood round your body.) The bottom one is your diastolic blood pressure. (The lowest pressure when your heart relaxes between beats.) So the reading provided by you is incomplete.

Hi, Healthy meals coupled with some workout will keep you fit. Overeating, seadentary lifestyle, Hormonal issues, etc can make a person gain weight. Loss of balance when standing or walking are often experienced along with vertigo and other types of dizziness. And many times due to Inner ear problems. Please visit an ENT doctor.

Hi To maintain weight , Eat smaller frequent Meals. This will make your metabolism better and keep you active. Eat Caloric Dense Foods, like nuts, dry fruits, dairy etc Eat More Protein, Go Liquid , Lift Heavy weights / do some workout And Be Consistent.

Hi.. It is not possible to calculate that you are getting adequate vitamin B12 . It is water-soluble. This simply means that having vitamin B12 dissolves in water, and is passed out through urine.
