Hi, As per your height, your weight should be around 65- 68 Kg. To gain weight, you should eat every 2-3 hours. Have 6 -7 meals in a day with healthy and high calorie foods. Include milkshakes, cheese sandwiches, paneer or aloo parathas in your breakfast. Lunch and dinner should be 3 - 4 chapatis with vegetable, rice and dal. Add a sweetdish after meals. A healthy balanced diet helps to build strong bones. Consume foods rich in calcium and vitamin D Like milk, green leafy veggies, soya,breads made of fortified flour, fish,eggs etc. And must get exposure to early morning sun for 15-20 min.

Again I am posting my question as it was not clear. I am want to be fit started basic exercise for 1 hr a day. Because of long travel to work eventually I get 6 hrs sleep excluding work out. If start working out for 1 hr - 5 hrs of sleep will affect my health let me know.

Hi.. For staying healthy, 6-8 hours of sleep is required. Sleep Deprivation will cause more Weight Gain. Try to do some exercises while at work, Like walk while talking over phone calls, use stairs instead of lift ,etc. And must follow a healthy and balanced diet.
