How to become fat and gain weight. I want an appropriate solution to become fat. Please Guide.
You need to increase your calorie intake by increasing your carbohydrates & protein intake. You can have parathas, cheese sandwiches in your breakfast. Increase 1 chapati more in your lunch & dinner. Add rice in your lunch. Include vegetables, dal, salad ,curd in your daily meals. You can have milkshakes, cookies fruits in between your meals. Add sweet dish. Eat every 2-3 hours.

Have a protein & fiber -rich diet with lots of fruits, salads & vegetables in your daily meals. Drink at least 3 lts water daily. Exercise / brisk walk for at least 30 minutes daily is a must.

I have excess fat in my hips, thighs and arms. I was 76 kgs two years ago and came down to 68 now. I could somehow loose weight but am not able to loose weight in arms, thighs and hips which is making my structure look awkward. My friend is suggesting me to go for liposuction or slimming treatments which are available in clinics outside. Can you suggest me if they are permanent and is healthy to go with these treatments?

Hello dear do exercise for arms, hips and thighs daily in two times in a day .cardio workout are effective at helping the body burn fat, reduce calories intake take healthy diets .Drinks. Increasing your intake of pure spring water between meals will help you increase your metabolism so it is easy to burn fat. Eat Smaller Meals More Frequently. .Use strength training exercises to tone the muscles in your thighs. Try swimming to burn arms and legs equally. People often cycle, run or walk which strengthens underlying leg muscles without improving the arms. If you like to walk for exercise, try Nordic walking or the elliptical to improve the strength in your arms. And for more suggestions and healthy diet plan you can contact us.

Stop taking hot things in summer. You should have cold things - cucumber, watermelon, fresh fruit juices, lassi, lemon water. Have atleast 10 -12 glasses of water /fluids.

I have asked one doctor how to gain weight? It was paid online consultation in Lybrate. And I have also given enough information to her. I have not got any reply from her once she replied some stupid answer. She just told me eat high protein. Even kids know I need to eat high protein. My sgpt abd sgot levels are 47. 3 and 46 bilirubin 1.8 cholesterol 244 I do not drink eat good diet and exercise also why then my reports ahow high levels my hepatitis tests are normal. How can I bring down these levels.

The normal range of values for AST (SGOT) is from 5 to 40 units per liter of serum (the liquid part of the blood). The normal range of values for ALT (SGPT) is from 7 to 56 units per liter of serum. To reduce levels :- Get more vitamin D Avoid foods high in fat. Avoid foods high in salt or sodium Get daily exercise and consult a doctor near to you for a proper treatment .

Soyabeans are a very rich vegetarian source of protein. It has special health benefits especially for women. Men can also have soybeans, once in 8-10 days. They are a very good source of iron, omega-3 fatty acids, dietary fiber, vitamin B2, magnesium, vitamin K and potassium.

Hello, there is no medicine to gain fat on face only You need to increase your daily food intake and gain weight as 54 kg ( as mentioned by you ) for a height of 5ft 6in is less . Eat healthy after every 2 hours. You can have milkshakes, fruits like mango, banana, chickoo, muskmelon, grapes. Dry fruits like kaju, kismis, badam, pista. Peanuts, namkeens, chaat, bhelpuri, halwa, kheer etc.

To lose weight, you have to reduce your carbohydrates & fat intake. Restrict rotis, rice, bread, cookies, pasta, sweets, fried foods like samosas, puris, parathas, junk foods like pizza, pasta, burgers. Few tips to lose weight are 1. Have a light (1 roti +veg+salad) & early dinner (8: 00 Pm). 2. Have 2- 3 servings of fruits & vegetables. 3. Drink 10-12 glasses of water daily. 4. Go for 30-40 minutes of brisk walks. 5. Include high protein (eggs, milk, paneer, soybean, dals, sprouts, lean meat) and high fiber foods (oats, salads, oranges, green leafy vegetables, whole wheat) in your meals.

You need to increase your daily food intake. Eat something healthy after every 2 hours like fruits, milkshakes, dry fruits, paneer sandwiches, peanuts, dahi wada, chaat. Add rice and 1-2 chapatis more to your present lunch & dinner. Add sweet dish. Walk for 30 minutes before meals .
