Hello Lybrate user Meal skippers don’t perform as well. They accomplish less work, are physically less steady, and are slower at making decisions. Brain drain. The brain’s exclusive fuel, glucose, is compromised within four to six hours if you have not eaten. That’s because the glucose stored in the liver as glycogen, runs out during this time period. The liver is like a traffic cop for blood sugar. When blood glucose dips too low, the liver converts glycogen into glucose and releases it into the blood. But if its glycogen has been depleted, the body has to turn to less efficient fueling methods. Calorie loading. Calorie loading easily occurs if you eat just one meal a day (typically dinner). Eating just one large meal tends to overwhelm your body with calories that it does not need at that moment. It’s like plugging all the appliances in your house into one socket. Even though the entire electrical system can handle all the appliances, if they are concentrated on just one circuit, you’ll blow a fuse. It is better to spread the nutrient load. Hello Lybrate user a balanced diet is a combination of five major food groups consisting of vitamins and minerals, protein, carbohydrates, and fat all these components help to maintain your body perfect. Take Vitamins and Minerals such as dark green leafy veggies should be included in your meal. Adding a variety of veggies like broccoli, spinach, beans, lettuce, etc, Include protein in your diet. Sending you general diet plan for whole day Breakfast – Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Fill up your breakfast meal with protein like 2-3 scrambled egg whites with a whole grain toast and a fruit of your choice or a bowl of fruit oats porridge with sprouts salad. Protein kickstarts your metabolism and keeps you feeling fuller for longer during the day. Mid-morning Snack – A fistful of dried fruit combined with nuts or seeds, provides protein and healthy fats to keep you satisfied till lunch. Combining the dried fruits with nuts helps in controlling the release of sugars in the body. Lunch – Choose carb-rich foods that will supply energy and protein like a bowl of dal/chicken/fish curry with brown rice or roti and a veg salad. You could also include beans or chicken sandwich with plenty of veggies. Snack– Having a snack will keep your energy levels up and you can choose from a variety of nourishing options like Apple cinnamon granola bar or Nature Valley’s granola bar or you can have a fistful of nuts. Dinner– The supper of the day should be a combination of protein and carbs. You can include oily fish which are rich in omega 3 fatty acids like mackerel, salmon which is beneficial for healthy hair and skin. Fill up your dinner bowl with a variety of colourful veggies. Chicken/fish/paneer with roti /chila/ quinoa preparations and soup or salad with veggies. Bedtime – A glass of low-fat milk. Hello Lybrate user Include Calories In Your Diet eat foods that are rich in calories like pulses, cereals, meat, bread, rice, dry fruits, and nuts. Add vegetables like French beans, broccoli, Chinese cabbage, carrots, lettuce, spinach, asparagus, pumpkins, and eggplants to your diet. Add a healthy portion of red meat to your diet too. But keep in mind not to overdo it. The aim is to add weight, not cholestero. You can even add olive oil in generous quantities to your salads. Another way to add calories to your diet is by increasing the consumption of dairy products. Don’t cut back on the fat content in your milk. Do not ask for low-fat curd at the store. Make sure you consume a full calorie dairy product. Foods rich in calories and proteins easily help people gain and maintain weight as opposed to other foods Increase The Number Of Meals, Have six meals a day – three big meals and three small. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner should be heavy and calorie-rich. A heavy dinner adds weight to your body as your metabolism is not as active when you sleep as compared to when you are awake. Sodium Consumption - 4 Ways You Can Reduce It

Minerals and salts are important parts of our daily diets. These minerals play significant roles in the functioning of the human body but, if found in excess, they might adversely impact your health. One such mineral is sodium, which is abundant in most food sources.
Sodium is present in every food in the form of salt. Most forms of meat, canned vegetables and soup, junk food and pickles are some examples of food which are naturally high in sodium. Apart from this, any cooked food will have salt crystals within it. Medical research has shown that most people consume more sodium than what is recommended.
Ill Effects of Sodium Intake in Excess:
- The most common problem caused by the excessive consumption of sodium is high blood pressure.
- High blood pressure, apart from being the cause of strokes can also affect internal organs like kidneys and cause renal failure over time.
- It can also be detrimental to the heart and be a contributing factor to heart conditions as well.
Here are some of the ways through which you can reduce sodium intake through changes in diet.

  • Increasing the intake of fruits within the diet - Inclusion of more fresh fruits in your diet will reduce the amount of sodium consumption. Canned and processed fruits may increase sodium consumption and hence should be reduced.
  • Changing to fresh unprocessed meats - Certain processed and packaged meats such as in snacks and fast foods should be avoided as they have high sodium content. Hence, consumption of fresh meat instead of processed meat is an effective way to reduce your daily sodium intake.
  • Including more leafy vegetables in your diet - Leafy green vegetables such as kale, spinach, and celery have a lot of water and also help reduce the sodium intake in your body.
  • Drinking plenty of water - Sodium levels can rise within the body when it is dehydrated. Thus, it is prudent to always keep your body hydrated by drinking plenty of water. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a Dietitian/Nutritionist.

Hello dear yes you can take endura mass to gain your weight .eat short and 5-6 meals in a day .eat more green vegetables and fruits .Add calories in at every meal and snack through food and beverages. First don't skip your breakfast because breakfast is very important meal in whole day and should provide energy. Eat so first you will set your eating timings.in breakfast eat heat healthy and balanced diet include milk oats, paneer sandwich/eggs/omelette/sprouts with milk. Take high protein and high calories diet. Add milk sakes, fruit shakes, ice creams, puddings, sweet dishes etc. Avoid bad fats like deep fried items, use healthy oils like soybean, canola oil, olive oil etc. In fruits eat extra bananas and mangoes. Do brisk walk atlest 15-30 min daily to increase your appetite.

Skip the sugary drinks. No sweet tea. No juice. No soda. No sweetened lemonade. Don't drink your sugar, Sugary drinks provide nothing more than empty calories, and they won't help you feel full. "All the sugary drinks out there are a real risk factor for obesity, You still can eat many of the foods you like, just have smaller amounts of them, Cut out high-calorie, junky snacks. Remember that even healthy foods can lead to weight gain if you eat too much of them, and being overweight is a primary risk factor for type 2 diabetes. Fill up on fiber. Eat plenty of high-fiber foods, including vegetables, fruits, beans, and whole grains. Fiber helps you feel fuller longer and can help you eat less to avoid weight gain. At least half your plate should be fruits and vegetables that have been steamed or sauteed in healthy fats. Those veggies can be fresh, frozen, or canned. Just skip the canned vegetables with added salt. Be choosy about fats. Your diet should have some fat, but opt for the healthiest sources: olive and vegetable oils, nuts, seeds, and avocado. Buy low-fat or fat-free dairy products such as reduced-fat cheeses, non-fat or low-fat yogurt, and skim milk. Drink alcohol only in moderation. Men should have no more than two drinks a day, women no more than one. Stay hydrated. Drink plenty of water. People often mistake thirst for hunger, which can lead to overeating and weight gain. Hi lybrate-user, Increase your Vitamin C Intake Low hemoglobin levels due to a deficiency of vitamin C can be corrected by eating more foods rich in vitamin C. Iron cannot be fully absorbed by the body without the help of this vitamin. Eat foods rich in vitamin C like papaya, oranges, lemon, strawberries, bell peppers, broccoli, grapefruit, tomatoes and spinach. You can also take vitamin C supplements after consulting your doctor. 3. Take Folic Acid Folic acid, a B-complex vitamin, is required to make red blood cells. So, a folic acid deficiency automatically leads to a low hemoglobin level. Some good food sources of folic acid are green leafy vegetables, liver, rice, sprouts, dried beans, wheat germ, fortified cereals, peanuts, bananas, broccoli and liver. 4. Beetroots Beetroot is highly recommended to increase hemoglobin levels. It is high in iron, folic acid as well as fiber and potassium. Its nutritional value helps increase the body’s red blood cell count. Cook 1 to 2 beetroots along with their peels in a microwave. You can prepare a healthy juice with 1 medium-sized beetroot, 3 carrots and 1/2 of a sweet potato. Drink it once daily. 5. Apples An apple a day can help maintain a normal hemoglobin level. Apples are rich in iron along with various other health-friendly components that are required for a healthy hemoglobin count. Eat at least 1 apple (if possible, opt for green apples) with its skin daily. You can also prepare a glass of juice by mixing 1/2 cup each of apple juice and beetroot juice. Add a little ginger or lemon juice and drink it twice daily. 6. Blackstrap Molasses A folk remedy used to fight anemia and increase your hemoglobin level is blackstrap molasses. Hello lybrate-user, what is your height and weight so that I can tell you that you are normal or underweight. To increase weight add high calories and high protein diet but remember eat only good foods that provide you energy. Eat healthy and balanced food specially your breakfast. Include poha, upma, oats, eggs, paneer sandwiches, parantha (prepared only in olive oil. Use healthy oil for cooking. Drink lots of water. Add icrcreams, sweet dishes, fruits like mango, banana, peanut butter etc.

Hello dear .running is good for reducing belly fat in a short time do exercise every day twice in a day .eat vegetables and fruits, avoid junk foods take water before every meal and take high fiber in your food .and for healthy diet plan join diet clinic.

Hi, tell me your height and weight, to reduce weight, you need to restrict your carbohydrates (rice, potato, breads, noodles) and fat (fried foods, junk foods like burgers, pizza) intake. Have a protein -rich diet with more of milk & milk products like paneer, curd, also soybean, eggs, chicken, pulses, sprouts. Avoid sugar-based foods & sweets. Include 2-3 servings of fruits & vegetables daily.

Hello lybrate-user, tell me your height and weight. First don't skip your breakfast because breakfast is very important meal in whole day and should provide energy. Eat so first you will set your eating timings.in breakfast eat heat healthy and balanced diet include milk oats, paneer sandwich/eggs/omelette/sprouts with milk. Take high protein and high calories diet. Add milk sakes, fruit shakes, ice creams, puddings, sweet dishes etc. Avoid bad fats like deep fried items, use healthy oils like soybean, canola oil, olive oil etc. In fruits eat extra bananas and mangoes. Do brisk walk atlest 15-30 min daily to increase your appetite.
