Jaise jo college going hai ya school going hai. Maximum parents ko bhi dikat aati hai ki unko kya khana chahiye ya bacho ko bhi nahi samajh mein aata ki unko kya apni daily routine life mein include karna chahiye. Toh uske liye mein aap ko kuch points batana chahoongi. Jaise hume sabse pehle students ko ek habit hoti hai ki morning time mein jaldi mein hote hai, jald baazi mein hote hai toh unka breakfast skip ho jata hai. So don’t skip your breakfast, have a healthy breakfast because aap ka sabse ek main meal breakfast ho jata hai kyunki uske baad ho sakta hai because of classes or because of aap ka busy schedule, lunch skip kar sakta ho but still breakfast pe aapko dhyaan dena hai. Agar aap healthy breakfast loge then the whole day you feel more active and more energetic, aap apne study pe concentrate kar sakte ho. Toh hume breakfast zaroor lena chahiye.

Second thing, try to include more variety in your food. Kya hota hai ki agar aap ek he type ki food lete ho toh uss mein humare nutrients itne healthy way se nahi ho pati. Here are tips to lose weight.

Hi! I am Dr. Sheela Sehrawat, Mentor Diet Clinic. We are in this field since 11 years and consulting different people with the different medical issues, with the different needs and different requirements. Basically, hmaray pas jo log 80% you can say, jio clinic pai atay hain, they are facing with the obesity. Obesity ajkal ap ko pata hoga, is the main cause for all the medical issues. Agar aap ko koi bhi medical issues hon gay, sab say pehlay aap ko apnay weight kay upar control karna paray ga. Toh weight kay liay we have to keep in mind some important points jaisay kay ap ko apni diet mai fiber ko zaroor include karna hai. As a fiber aap kya kya include kar saktay ho, jaisay aap salad use kar saktay ho, whole wheat use kar saktay ho jaisay wheat, jawar, bajra like that, you can use plus aap ki jo bhi whole wheat breads, you can use. Toh yeh aap ko daily routine mai as a fiber use karna hai.

Second thing, aap ko protein ka dehan rakhna hai. Protein aap jitna include karo gay, wo aap kay sahet kay liay faidaymand ho ga. And weight loss kay liay sab say pehlay aap ko yeh bhi rakhna hai kay ap walk kay liay kam say kam, I’ll prefer zada nhi time nikal saktay toh 20 to 30 minutes ki walk zaroor karien, jis say kaya ap ka metabolism improve ho ga aur wo automatically aap kay weight loss mai help karay ga. Weight loss kay liay aisa nahi hai kay ap ko kam khana hai, kam khana is not a solution. Aap balkay acha kha kay aur time say kha kay apnay weight loss ko acha improve kar saktay ho. Us kay liay aap ko ye hai kay, try to have your meals atleast like two hours interval. Us say aap ka metabolism bhi improve ho ga plus aap ka jo starvation ya aap ko jo hunger pangs atay hain, us say bhi aap apnay aap ko save kar saktay ho. So try to have like small meals at the small intervals.

And hmein weight loss kay liay apna jo daily routine ka patent hai jasay kay ajkal hum sab Indians mai aik habit bani hui hai kay hmara jo dinner hai wo kafi late ho jata hai toh hmen thora dehan rakhna hai kay hmen apna dinner jo hai koshish kar kay jitna hum early kar saktay hain like 7 to 8pm tak, wo hmaray liay benefit rahay ga. Because jitna bhi hai hmen rat mai, we have to just go to the bed. Toh while sleeping there is no requirement for any callories, toh hum jitna kam khayen gay utna hmaray liay benefit rahay ga. Toh kam say kam dinner pai aap carbs avoid kar saktay ho. Try to go for just proteins. Proteins may jaisay grilled, baked tandoori, chicken tikka, fish, all these stuffs you can include. Weight loss k liay hmen or kya cheezen dehan mai rakhni hain? Jaisay kay try to avoid combination of two cereal at one meal.

Logon ki adat hoti hai kay hum thora rice bhi kha len, thora roti bhi kha len. Toh prefer karo kay aap aik time pai rice khao, aik time pay roti khao. Because agar aap do carbs ya do cereals aik meal pai combine kar rahay ho, wo aap ko indigestion create karay ga jis say kay aap ki wo sari cheezen fat mai convert ho sakti hain. Toh prefer, avoid karo kay aap jo combinations kartay ho apnay meal mai, daily routine mai, us ko aap na karo.

Hello, You need to increase your daily food intake to gain weight in a healthy way. Try to eat something healthy after every 2 hours. Besides a healthy breakfast, add an extra chapati and rice to your lunch and dinner. Add sweet dish after meals. In between have foods like cheese sandwiches, milkshakes, dry fruits, peanuts, namkeens, idlis, dhoklas, aloo chaat, paneer tikkas, boiled eggs, juices, etc.

Hello, Eat a high-protein breakfast. Eating a high-protein breakfast has been shown to reduce cravings and calorie intake throughout the day. Avoid sugary drinks and fruit juice. These are the most fattening things you can put into your body, and avoiding them can help you lose weight. Drink water a half hour before meals. One study showed that drinking water a half hour before meals increased weight loss by 44% over 3 months. Choose weight loss-friendly food. Eat small and frequent meals and avoid fried foods on daily basis.

Hello, you can lose weight with our daily customized diet charts based on your food habits, lifestyle, blood group & medical history. Few general tips for weight loss are: Have a high protein, high fibre diet which is low in fat and carbohydrates. Never skip meals. Have 5-6 small and frequent meals in a day instead of 3 heavy main meals. Have a healthy breakfast with oats/wheat flakes with milk, fruit, egg, sandwich. Have light and early dinners. Avoid sweets, processed foods, fried foods, junk foods. For constipation problem eat high fiber diet like fruits and vegetavle salad, oats, all chilka dal.

Hello, You can gain weight with eating a high calorie diet daily. Try to eat healthy foods after every 2- 3 hours. You can have dry fruits like kaju, kismis, almonds, dates, paneer / cheese sandwiches for your breakfast, don't skip you breakfast as breakfast gives you energy. Add one more chapati and rice to your lunch & dinner. Have green vegetable, paneer veg, dal / rajma / kadhi / chole eggs in your meals. In between have milkshakes, idlis, dhokla, sandwiches, chaat, bhelpuri etc You can increase your weight through diet. Add extra calories in your diet and protein intake also. Include milkshakes, dried fruits, milk and milk products, fruits and vegetable salads. Eat small and frequent meals atleast 5-6 meals in a day.

Hello, to increase b12, eat Foods high in Vitamin B12 include clams, liver, fish, crab, low-fat beef, fortified cereal, fortified tofu, low-fat dairy, cheese, and eggs.

Hello lybrate-user, you can have rice without starch but you should have only in lunch. Avoid rice, potato,fried foods in dinner.
