Hi lybrate-user, I would suggest you to follow a diet rich in proteins and fiber (like- animal/plant proteins- chicken, eggs, fish, tofu, soy milk, pulses, soyabean etc and fiber foods like- salad, fruits, vegetables). Also try to keep yourself hydrated the whole day and even during exercises. Also limit the intake of salt after 7 pm and avoid saturated fats and junk foods will you reduce weight. Take protein in natural form from foods and not from the supplements as it will give you the results initially but in the long run once you leave the supplements you may gain back your weight. So try to reduce weight naturally. Good Luck!

The pioppi plan is based around avoiding added sugar and refined carbs, and instead building your diet around vegetables and fatty foods like oily fish and olive oil. The plan goes beyond your diet too, with recommended movements and stress-busting breathing exercises.

Eat more of these

Vegetables, nuts and olive oil, for starters. The guide recommends five to seven portions of fibrous veg and low-sugar fruit per day, and at least five of these should be the former. Be it french fries, burgers, hash browns or simple omelet, the taste of ketchup can complement everything. This popular and inexpensive red colored condiment is regarded as healthy by some even though that does not indicate you can consume copious amount of it.

Is ketchup good for health?
Ketchup is a low-calorie condiment made from simple ingredients like spices, salt, pepper, vinegar and tomatoes. Compared to other notable rivals like mayonnaise, ketchup contains no fat and has lesser calories. But for some people, the sugar and salt content of ketchup is a matter of concern.
