It is extremely rich in vitamin C and has 88% of the total recommended daily dosage for the same, 3% of iron, 5%of vitamin B-6, 2% of magnesium, and 2% of calcium. Bad breath can be due to a number of reasons such as eating odorous foods, smoking, dry mouth, medical conditions, gum disease, and sinus conditions. However, the primary cause of bad breath is the bacteria that build up on the back of your tongue or between your teeth. Maintaining good oral health is essential to controlling bad breath. This includes regular tooth brushing, flossing and tongue scraping. Drinking adequate amount of water throughout the day is also essential for keeping your breath fresh. Plus, after eating a meal, swish water around your mouth for a few seconds. This will loosen food particles stuck between your teeth and clean your mouth. Along with water, you can also treat bad breath with the help of some readily available ingredients from your kitchen cupboard. Here are the top 10 home remedies for bad breath. 1. Fennel fennel acts as an excellent mouth freshener that helps control bad breath. It also contains antimicrobial properties that fight the bacteria in the mouth. Slowly chew a tablespoon of fennel to freshen your breath and stimulate the production of saliva. You can also drink fennel tea a couple of times a day. For headache- do following yogasanas- savasana, ardh-matsyendrasana, anulom-vilom pranayama. Get your eye check up done. Practice meditation. For hairloss- boil a handful of fresh curry leaves in 6-8 tablespoons of coconut oil until the leaves become black. Strain the oil. Apply this oil to your hair daily at night and massage your scalp only with fingers gently. Massage for about 15-20 minutes. Leave it overnight and wash off your hair the next morning. Use this oil for at least 3 months to get results. Apply onion juice onto your scalp, massage, and leave it on for about 30 minutes to an hour. Repeat the process daily for a few weeks. Simply eat a teaspoon of black sesame seeds daily for at least three months. Note- fix on a single shampoo brand to wash your hair. Avoid constipation. Do not comb hairs at all when they are wet.

Apply almond (badam) oil daily. ?Apply oil of liquorice (mulethi) on hair. ?Apply lemon oil on hair before hair wash. ?Apply oil obtained from fruit of neem. ?Chop some onions (pyaz) into fine pieces and squeeze out the juice. Apply this to hair and scalp and leave it for 15 minutes. Rinse it with shampoo. ?Crush a few cloves of garlic (lehsun), add in a little coconut oil and boil for a few minutes. Cool it till it becomes warm and apply it on the scalp with a little massaging action. Repeat two to three times a week for best results. ?Take coconut milk and add a little water to it. Apply this to the scalp and allow it to stay overnight. Rinse this the next morning. ?Add two teaspoons of amla juice/ powder and mix with equal quantity of freshly squeezed lime juice. Mix well, apply to the scalp and leave it to dry; then rinse using warm water. ?Take some flowers of rose (gulab) add some water to it and make a paste. Apply it on hair and keep it for an hour and then wash the hair.

The skin glands usually produce a lubricant called sebum for waterproofing and lubricating the scalp. In some, this gives rise to a fungal growth which finally causes skin scaling. Some doctors feel it is related to psoriasis.
