For dtoxification, have lot of fresh fruits throughout the day. Secondly do not eat oily and spicy food, eat plain home based food. Third take herbal tea like green tea, chamomile tea, dandelion tea. Fourth, drink lots of water. Daily pranayam will also help you detoxify.

Diabetes is disease of lifestyle. It can't be cured but only controlled. There are lakhs of people who controlled their diabetes without medicines. It can be kept under control for years. But it usually happens only in those who have mild diabetes.
