Hey, doctor I want known about my hair loose from last two years .now my hairs are not falling but there is no re growth on my scalp. What kind of precaution I have to take in growth of regain of hairs. And what kind of diet, I have to maintain in regrowth of hair. Please tell me, how to protect and regrow my hairs.

Maintain diet protein in diet: like soya bean, eggs,milk, paneer iron diet: like:green veg, zira power, khajoor antioxidant: like flex seeds, green tea, almond.
