Ingredients: • Jojoba oil • Rosemary essential oil What I did was mix in a separate small jar the jojoba oil with about 20 drops of rosemary oil.  Rosemary oil is known for stimulating hair growth, and is very potent so it doesn’t take much to make an impact.  Jojoba oil is a great carrier oil because it is odorless and very light.  It washes out extremely easily and isn’t greasy. Application: With this mask, you want to apply it right to the scalp because, obviously, that’s where your hair grows! I use an eye dropper to apply it in lines from my hair line to the back/bottom of my scalp. Then I use my fingers to rub it all in with a little scalp massage. consult me .

Add food items such as mango seeds, onion, radish, wheat, rice, turnip, sesame seeds, bitter gourd, papaya, and other  fiber rich stuff to your diet.
