Your amh levels are very low which suggests poor ovarian reserve. You can get a repeat amh done from a good lab. But if reports are low then unfortunately donor eggs are the only option. Rarely such people have been helped without donor eggs but for that you would need to show regularly.

You can safely start oral pills after a contraception counselling. During this session you are asked about your medical history, any allergies, family history. You are examined and then started on pills with an eye on warning side effects. Regular at least yearly follow ups are necessary.

Your tests show that you are immune to these infections that's it. Your miscarriage is not because of it. Please continue folic acid and consult your doctor if you face difficulty in conceiving or as soon as you miss your period.

Dear it is not mandatory that your doctor will ask for caesarian only. Sometimes, in favourable and nonrepetitive cases, we can try vaginal delivery which is best discussed with your doctor. The timing of delivery is decided according to the status of baby inside. In uncomplicated cases, if doctor has decided for caesarian, it is usually done after 38 weeks.
