My lipid profile, liver profile, urea, creatinine, tsh are normal but I had bp raise 160/100 last week and I started taking telma 40 but after one week on low salt diet and medicine still my bp is around 130/95 so I am confused what to do and I am overweight and I am managing through exercise and food life style modification so please do let me know what can be done.
