This is normal finding. Avoid regular tests, they will cause health worries and probably spoil your health. Check BP annually, and sugar also if above age 40. Good health comes from following the ways of healthy ninety year olds. Good food and ample rest, not from following modern propaganda.

He is having hiatus hernia, he is feeling some times throat burn and chest pain and sometimes he is feeling headache and head turning please suggest what to do?

How old is your patient? Avoid sugar jaggery and alcohol. Take traditional health foods like butter cheese, non veg, nuts etc. Better to discuss with Dr. about head turning, it may be vertigo.

What should be appropriate diet for person suffering from high cholesterol and high uric acid.
How high is your cholesterol? Up to 300 are healthy levels. Correct human diet is same for whole body. Uric acid, diabetes, heart, cancer, etc. Reduce sugar jaggery alcohol and starchy foods. Increase traditional health foods like nuts butter, eggs yoghurt cheese etc. Cholesterol is humbug, avoid measuring cholesterol if you wish to stay healthy.

Hi, My father is suffering from systolic hypertension. He is diagnosed 3 years back. The hypertension history is first he was given with amlodipine+valsartan 5/80 mg (exforge) before sleep when he take that medicine his systolic blood pressure become normal but diastolic decreases to 50 or less then the medication was changed and he started with amlodipine 5 mg (Norvasc) before sleep but the problem remains same then the physician changed it from 5 mg to Amlodipine 2.5 mg (Lodopin) before sleep but the problem remain same and there was no success. We were referred to cardiologist who after taking the echo and ecg said that he is having no cardiac issues and suggested losartan 50 mg (eziday) before sleep. Now with this medication the issue is that his diastolic comes to normal if he takes medicine but systolic is going high up to 175 - 185 then he changes it to valsartan 80 mg (diovan) before sleep but the problem remain same with this medicine but the slight change that appears is his blood pressure remains normal till mid day and after mid day it starts going up and till night it again reaches to 165-175. I want to ask is there any solution for the above case. Your response will be much appreciated.

Go back to amlodipine. Keep systolic BP less than 150. Ignore diastolic BP. Measure his BP only once every two weeks on fixed dates after resting for ten minutes. Completely avoid measuring at any other time.

Aticel is different BP medicine, mild, and suitable for young people under age 50. In your case it may be sufficient. Reduce to half later. You can stop also, but continue to monitor BP once every two months on fixed date after resting for ten minutes. Restart medicine if constantly above 145.

Stop spending money on these tests, they do not help much. Measure BP and blood sugar once every 2 years. For good health, you require good food and sufficient rest. Spend your money to buy Milk, Nuts, butter, eggs, for a healthy diet.

Omit sugar jaggery and reduce starchy foods, increase traditional health foods like butter non veg nuts etc. Measure BP only once every month on fixed date after resting for ten minutes. Make a chart, consider medicines if most recording are above 150.
