No it is not normal. First check cbc & consult with doctor if they say based on report then take her to nearest govt hospital or private hospital if you can afford.

Dear lybrate-user you must consult your cardiologist again. It seems the diuretics dose may be a little too much for him, hence the decrease in blood pressure and other related effects. The dose may need to be adjusted based on his response. A second reason could be a dip in blood sugar .if dapaone has recently been introduced, you may need to check his blood sugar in case it is becoming too low in the evening. Take care.
