Ms. lybrate-user As you asked about your problems related to your PCOD I would like to advise you that it is not very serious problems but curable and it takes time about 3-6 months regular treatment. You may follow some rich nourishment diets and fresh fruits and fruits juices in your daily life. You may use light vegetarian food Khichari and Dariya with moong daal soups fried with cumin seeds and ghee and garlic. You may use warm milk boiled with ginger, haldi and nuts including ghee. You may avoid oily or junk food and sour products e.g. Pickles and yogurt and junk foods and highly proteins like mutton, Rajma, peas and chick peas.
