I am 35 year male .i am having heart palpitations from last two years. Although I have done all my tests eg Tmt. Ecg.Echo. Usg.lipid profile. Which all came normal. I am having cervical disc in my neck.

Palpitations need not be linked to cardiac problems. I assume from your statements that you are probably suffering from cervical disc bulge. Most of the lower cervical and upper thoracic disc problems can refer pain to the anterior and lateral chest wall and would mimic a typical chest pain, which would be associated with palpitations. Treatment: PHYSIOTHERAPY: Intermittent cervical traction with neck in slight flexion (weight 5-6 KGS, duration: 15 minutes), interferential therapy for the painful and stiff areas of the neck 15 minutes. Continue this treatment for ten days. Learn anulom vinulom pranayama, transcendental meditation. Go for a brisk walk in the morning for 20 minutes with good arm swing. Do pranayama in fresh air. Also add pelvic mobility and thoracic mobility exercises. You need to do strict permanent alterations in her diet pattern for her complete recovery. AVOID THE FOLLOWING ITEMS: 1.coffee,tea 2.branded health drinks 3. White sugar and products made of white sugar like sweets, cakes, ice creams, bread, bun and all other bakery items 4. Maida products like samosa, puffs, parotta, naan etc 5.high carbohydrate food like potatoes, white rice 6, dairy products (packet milk, curd) 7.noodles,vermicelli, pasta, pizza. 8.NON VEGETARIAN FOOD INCLUDING EGGS INCLUDE HIGHLY ALKALINE FOOD .(LIST GIVEN BELOW) 1.wheatgrass juice, to be taken everyday in empty stomach in the morning. Any other food should be taken after an interval of half an hour. 2.vegetable soup (carrot, beetrot, beans, turnip, coriander, curry leaves, mint leaves) 5.spinach soup 6. Ashgourd juice (white pumpkin) 7.Banana pith (stem) juice. 8.Hand pounded unpolished rice.
