Hello Doctors, Mere hands and legs me always pain rahta h. Mujhe chalne firne me koi taklif nhi hoti. Maine calcium and vitamin D and vitamin B12 karwaya but normal h. Ek waqt me ek hi leg me dard rhta h fir usme se hatkar dusre me hone lagta h yahi same hath me bhi hota h. Mujhe ye karib 4 months se ho rha h. Bich me kuch thik Tha but fir se Shuru ho gya. Maine 2 se 3 months tak deflazacort, montair LC, PantopD, antacid, Mirtazapine, Clonazepam etc tablets liye h. Kahi unme se kisi tabs ka side effect to nhi please clear kre.

Kindly reduce your dependency on medicines to cure your spinal pain problem. Pain killers suppress the pain, but they do not cure the cause of pain. Your symptoms are suggestive of overall spinal stiffness and intervertebral disc involvement in various levels ranging from cervical (neck) to lumbar (back) region. Physiotherapy treatment: INTERMITTENT PELVIC TRACTION with hip and knee in 90 degrees flexion (bent position) for 15 minutes with 12-15 kgs weight. INTERFERENTIAL THERAPY FOR neck -15 minutres. Continue this for 10 days. You need to do strict permanent alterations in your diet pattern for complete recovery. AVOID THE FOLLOWING ITEMS: 1.coffee,tea 2.branded health drinks 3. White sugar and products made of white sugar like sweets, cakes, ice creams, bread, bun and all other bakery items 4.
