Hi Start with exercises and strengthen your lower back. Morning stiffness if its persisting just go for blood test and check for you vitamin levels. You can visit near by physiotherapy centre for further treatment. As physiotherapy is best helpful for you, just don't ignore it as it might start later with tingling, throbbing pain to lower legs.

I am 46, by age. Two weeks ago, I stood on my left leg completely and tried to rotate the upper part during which I experienced severe pain in calf muscle and thy muscle. Drink enough water before, during and after gym Take enough salt take enough Protein, 1.5g/kg Take enough fiber daily. Take Epsom salt bath daily Apply Flexabenz gel followed by 15 minutes hot compression Do Piriformis stretching 30 seconds repeat four times, twice daily. My vitamin d is 11 one year back I have taken 6lac aracithol 2injections and weekly 60000iu tablets for three months and after six months again I am not able to stand long times on my legs and my leg bones are paining again from last month I am taking 60000 iu vitamin d I have now taken 5 weekly tablets how more I have to take my calcium level is normal.

Leg PainIf you have leg pain then you have to rule out the casues for having leg pain. First of all check your weight and your haemoglobin levels, as Anaemia always leads to the symptoms of being tired and also having leg pain though there are no issues with the knee joint or back pain. Lie flat on your back or sit upright on a chair with leg kept horizontally on another surface. Now, tighten the muscle on the front of the thigh by pushing your knee down. You should feel your thigh muscles clench, Hold for 3 secs. Repeat 10 times twice a day.
