Wall calf stretchStand about two feet away from a wall. Place the ball of your right foot against the wall while your heel remains on the ground. Slowly and gently lean into the wall while keeping your knee straight. Hold this for the 10 sec with repetition of 3 times. Leg PainIf you have leg pain then you have to rule out the casues for having leg pain. First of all check your weight and your haemoglobin levels, as Anaemia always leads to the symptoms of being tired and also having leg pain though there are no issues with the knee joint or back pain. If not if the pain radiates down the back of thigh and legs then it might be due to sciatica. Kindly consult the nearby physiotherapist. Hope you recover soon from the leg pain. Pain in the back while walking and standing Pain in the right legIf you have leg pain please check your body weight and your hemoglobin levels, as Anemia always leads to the symptoms of being tired and also having leg pain though there may not be any pathological reasons for back pain. My suggestion would be to wear MCR Chapels which will help you to prevent the weight falling on the If you have back pain while walking and standing first of all check your weight and your hemoglobin levels, as Anemia always leads to the symptoms of being tired and also having back pain though there may not be any pathological reasons for back pain. My suggestion would be to wear MCR Chapels which will help you to prevent the weight falling on the back. And also should check whether you have flat foot on the right leg that also might be the reason to have pain in one particular leg Pain in the left side of the leg/thighThe compression of the sciatic nerve should be around the right side that's the reason you have pain in the left side. That's the reason you cannot sit or stand and it is exactly around the L5 vertebrae where the sciatic nerve passes by.

Ice therapy would definitely help to reduce the inflammation. We also advise you to use knee cap which would help to prevent the knee from damaging further and also to maintain the quadriceps muscle tone. Simple Knee ExerciesSpecific knee exercises will also help ie. Keeping ball underneath the knee and keep pressing it. That's the simple exercise which will help you to strengthen the knee.

Use heat and cold. Studies show that heat and cold are effective ways to get relief from back pain. Ice packs are most beneficial when a person uses them directly after an injury, such as a strain. Applying an ice pack wrapped in a towel directly to the back can reduce inflammation.

My leg has started to pain severely the pain mainly arises from the fibula region and runs out to the ankle. And I experience a severe pain when I fold my leg. First of all check your weight and your haemoglobin levels, as Anaemia always leads to the symptoms of being tired and also having leg pain though there are no issues with the knee joint or back pain. Since you met with an accident probably you would've had blood loss and also you must be having mineral or calcium deficiency that is one reason to feel very rigid or stiff in that area. Hot water fermentation that would help to reduce the muscle strain. Keep ice in the area where you have pain/or where the muscle is injured.

Stretch after workouts. Exercising, injury or overuse of muscles can often lead to leg cramps.] People can get cramps within minutes or up to six hours after working out or any type of physical exertion. If nighttime cramps are an issue, be sure to stretch before bedtime, but make sure your muscles are warmed up. Try soaking in warm water or using a heating pad. Bathing in warm water or the use of heating pads is often recommended to relieve the discomfort of leg cramps. Heat may help ease cramping by increasing blood flow to the area and relaxing the muscle. Try soaking in a warm bath and use a heating pad on muscles that feel stiff or tight. Pay attention to the positioning of your legs. To reduce the chance of leg cramping, avoid standing on hard surfaces for a long period of time or sitting for a long time.Instead, make sure you allow the blood to circulate throughout your limbs by moving and stretching your legs frequently during the day. Know your limits during workouts. Oftentimes, cramps are a result of pushing yourself harder than your body is used to. Avoid rapidly increasing the intensity or duration of a workout. Instead, train up to it gradually, and always pace yourself. Stay hydrated. Some studies have found that staying hydrated will prevent cramps (while other studies have found no correlation between the two). Researchers believe that the decreased fluid around a body’s cells causes muscle twitches, which in turn causes cramps. Be sure to drink enough water daily and replenish after exercising. Replenish sodium. Electrolytes are essential in maintaining the fluid balance in your body and can be lost when you sweat. Sodium in particular is lost through sweat more than other electrolytes. If you are sweating — especially if the weather is hot, if you are exercising, or you are an endurance athlete — the loss of sodium may lead to cramping and more dangerous condition called hyponatremia Increase your calcium intake. Ensure you have enough magnesium in your blood. Avoid potassium depletion FOR MEDICATION CONSULT ONLINE IN PRIVATE.

Take a short walk every hour. Drink eight to 10 glasses of water daily. Drinking less actually promotes swelling. Limit your salt intake. Put phone books or bricks under the foot of your bed to elevate your legs and feet at night.

Namasthe 1 It is better to take nexpro in the morning on empty stomach 2. Take a diet which is less in sugar ,optimum protein and fat. Never do fasting. Eat small meals at 5 hrly intervals 3. Since you had one episode of pain it is better to be on a back exercise programme before starting yoga 4. You can start morning walks once you are pain free.
