I was jogging in a gym 1 week back. But suddenly my left leg got some pain. after that I struggle hard to keep my left leg strongly in the ground. Still now I am just balancing and walking daily upto 6 kms from my right leg only. Yesterday I consulted an ortho Dr. He said that there was a sprain in my left leg. He said to immerse my leg in salted hot water twice a day. He prescribed a tab since 1 week and he said do not strain your feet on the ground. You should take rest. I forgot the tab names because its in my home. I am an optometrist. So can you please guide me how to be normal as before?
