I have severe shin pain while running and minor pain in calfs when I walk. From past one month I am having pain in my left toe, left shoulder to elbow, left knee. Its just an assumption that it all started two days after I donated blood. I am not so sure if its relevant. I recently went to a orthopedic doctor and advices me plenty of medicine of calcium without any test. Doctor advice me to test of vitamin d3 and calcium. today I got the result and I have deficiency of d3 but my calcium is up to mark. I want your second advice before taking these medicine. Prescribed medicines by doctor idrofos 150 mg cazovil forte - 3 months collarosa lc - 1 month tocogem lc - 1 month.
