Even I take medicine neo marczole 10 and ciplar 40 mg and my gland swelling is well before and after is good eyes problem is also good but my weight is before I 50 kg now 59 kg I do my exercise we'll wake up morning 5: am why my weight loose well and fast daily 2 hrs exercise yoga both den follow up office routine my age is 23. Even my joints are also pain. Tell what do. Sir ya mm cuz I am not happy to weight gaining.

If yu are on neomercazole, then the condition is hyperthyroidism. What is your bp, heart rate and do you get palpitations? What were the problems with the eyes? What about your monthly menstrual cycles? When you were asked to neomercazole what were the levels of t3, t4 and tsh? If you can post all the details and a photo graph of your face (to see eyes), plus if there is any ultrasonography done even that report needs to be sent. Get your thyroid profile, cbc, blood sugar fasting checked from some lab. In the meanwhile follow this 1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). No only biscuits or rusk will not do. 2. Don't overeat 3. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it. U should eat whatever your mother or grandparent eat in bfast. I mean to say whatever is your traditional food. If punjabi eat paratha, if belongs to south then take idli/ dosa etc. 4. Have light meals every 2 hours (in addition to your breakfast, lunch n dinner) e.g. Nariyal paani, chaach, a handful of dry fruits, a handful of peanuts, any fresh n seasonal fruit, a cup of curd/milk etc 5.
