My doctor asked Me to apply "skin bless lite" cream at night and I am using it for more than 5 months. But recently when I saw the product's description, it was written to apply twice a day. So I am using it twice a day for more than two weeks and I observe that my face is getting dark. So what should I do to remove that dark tan? I am a 21 year old female. I am 163 cm tall and 43 kg. I have always been skinny since I was little despite having a higher than average appetite and food consumption. I eat around 6 balanced meals a day consisting of a lot of vegetables, fruits, lentils, fish, rice and occasionally meat. I avoid cola, alcohol and other sugary stuff. So far I think I live quite healthy. I do not exercise much but my daily routine is quite physically taxing. I get only 5-6 hours of sleep a night. I do not particularly feel weak. But I suggest you should consult a doctor in person. There are certain health concerns in the symptoms you posted here. Diabetics is a possible basic reason. I am not concluding.   6. Prepare a paste of lemon, kalaunji (seeds of fennel flower) and milk. Apply it on your face on a regular basis before going to bed. Wash your face with lukewarm water in the morning. This remedy ensures speedy disappearance of acne.
  7. Make a mixture of nimbu (lemon), extracts of tulsi (basil) and black kasundi (coffee pods), dry it in sun and apply the mixture on face. It is a powerful remedy that is known to cure the problem of acne.

Unlike cosmetic surgery, these remedies do not need any recovery time, leave no scars and have negligible side effects.
