I am suffering from acid reflux since 2 yrs, had an endoscopy found out esophagitis and lax Les, got relief from antacids but I don't want to be on medicines lifetime, that's y now m not taking any medicine but still suffering from reflux that usually occurs after 1-2 hrs of eating and worsens after drinking water, please suggest what should I do?
