Please suggest Is there any drug available for preventive cancer, heart attack and Stroke? Kindly tell me the preventive measure.

Blood thinners like aspirin or clopidogrel are given to prevent heart attack or stroke in those at high risk due to prolonged diabetes, angina, changes on coronary angiography etc. Anti-lipidemic medications may be started if the cholesterol or triglyceride is elevated. Anti thrombotic medications like rivaroxiban may be started for those at risk of embolic stroke e.g. Atrial fibrillation. Colon cancer may be prevented by use of aspirin. Hormone responsive breast cancer may be prevented by use of tamoxifen, but it has quite a few side effects. Most of the cancers are unrelated to any inciting factor. Hence not preventable. The cancers with known causes are mainly the oral cancers, which are related to tobacco, supari, alcohol. The cervical cancers, which are due to HPV, may be prevented by vaccination in a young age or atleast before sexual contact begins. Smoking tobacco is a causative factor for multiple cancers.
