I feel my heart is beating fast. And if I climb even 5 steps I vl breathe fast and tired and standing and walking also feeling tired all time. I have leg pain and neck. My hb is 10. Sugar and thyroid normal. Ecg and echo all normal. My MRI all normal. My hip to foot is paining. I am not able to walk even for 5 min. Please help. Am I vitamin deficient and I am vegetarian. Thyroid was 4 and I took 75 mcg thyronorm and checked after 6 months it was 2.5.And I stopped it. I am trying for baby and married for 3 years and it's disturbing to get all pain in this age.
