Not every time bronchospasm doesn't means asthma. When a person has an asthma attack, a Bronchospasm occurs. Apart from asthma and bronchitis, chronic lung diseases such as emphysema, various respiratory infections, anaphylactic shock, or a person’s allergic reaction to certain chemicals can also cause Bronchospasms. Bronchospasms may also be triggered by certain medicines, a medication used to treat poisoning from ingestion of deadly nightshade, some hypertension drugs, such as Beta Blockers. People who are allergic to insect bites, as well those who have food allergies to eggs, peanuts, milks, nuts, shellfish, soy and wheat products may also experience episodes of Bronchospasms.

Cause of fever, cough and cold may be due to environmental change in weather, eating cold, sour and oily food, cold breeze of air. So the cause needs to be evaluated You are suffering from URI means upper respiratory infection. Take medicine @ Hepar sulph 200 and belladonna 200, 4 pills thrice a day and report thereafter for further treatment. Besides this, take steam inhalation, do saline water gargle, avoid fatty, fried and oily food, be hydrated, take proper rest, avoid cold and sour food. Gargle with warm water and salt. Frequent burping may indicate that you are swallowing too much air, or it may indicate the presence of a more serious problem such as gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), peptic ulcer disease, gastroparesis or gastritis, or H Pylori infection. You need to see the food what you are taking. Do exercise daily, avoid spicy, heavy and junk food, avoid alcohol and smoking (if you do) eat salads and sprouts, papaya to reduce gastric problem. Don't be empty stomach, because it will cause acidity which leads to burping. We have good homeopathic medicines, both for reducing burping and acidity, but for that we need to take whole case taking, so that appropriate treatment gets started.

For good sleep, just try out these simple ways - 1. Stick to a sleep schedule- Go to bed and get up at the same time every day. Try to limit the difference in your sleep schedule on weeknights and weekends to no more than one hour. Being consistent reinforces your body's sleep-wake cycle. If you don't fall asleep within about 20 minutes, leave your bedroom and do something relaxing. Read or listen to soothing music. Go back to bed when you're tired. Repeat as needed. 2. Pay attention to what you eat and drink - Don't go to bed hungry or stuffed. In particular, avoid heavy or large meals within a couple of hours of bedtime. Your discomfort might keep you up. Nicotine, caffeine and alcohol deserve caution, too. 3. Create a restful environment - Avoid prolonged use of light-emitting screens just before bedtime. Consider using room-darkening shades, earplugs, a fan or other devices to create an environment that suits your needs. Doing calming activities before bedtime, such as taking a bath or using relaxation techniques, might promote better sleep. 4. Limit daytime naps - Long daytime naps can interfere with nighttime sleep. If you choose to nap, limit yourself to up to 30 minutes and avoid doing so late in the day. 5. Include physical activity in your daily routine - Regular physical activity can promote better sleep 6. Manage worries - Try to resolve your worries or concerns before bedtime. Stress management might help. Start with the basics, such as getting organized, setting priorities and delegating tasks. Meditation also can ease anxiety. Diet and lack of exercise are the two most important factors that contribute to obesity.
