How is the treatment done?

Stamina is the ability to get extra bodily power and energy for prolonged physical as well as mental working time. People now-a-days are very busy trying to increase their stamina irrespective of their gender. Both men and women want to work very hard and for doing so, extra energy extremely important to keep them going for a longer period of time. There are various ways how stamina can be increased among people.

First of all, it is advised not to hurry in order to increase the physical or mental stamina. One must be doing things slowly and patiently. It is advised to eat healthy in order to keep oneself more energetic. Working out is highly recommended while increasing stamina. Taking proper rest is a must if someone wants to increase body stamina. Minimum sleeping hours should be present in order to relax the mind and body so that the person can be active for the next day. To keep the mind fresh, optimism should be a person’s basic principle. Drinking enough water is mandatory to keep the body fit and fine. It is asked to walk for a while after having a heavy meal. Habits that cause harm to the internal organs of the body, such as drinking and smoking should be avoided. It is recommended to meditate for a fixed period of time everyday to calm the mind. Lastly, it is asked to stay motivated about increasing the stamina. Once the motivation is lost, no other way can do the job.

Who is eligible for the treatment? (When is the treatment done?)

There are various methods which can be followed in order to increase the stamina of the human mind and body. The food intake should be balanced. There should be enough vitamins, carbohydrates, proteins and iron. Carbohydrates are extremely essential to gain physical energy. If proper amount of nutrients are consumed on a regular basis, not only energy increases within the body, but also the immune system is nourished; which in turn develops the muscles and tissues within the body. Green leafy vegetables, fruits, whole wheat, chicken and eggs should be consumed. The body should be kept hydrated in order to manage the body weight. Drinking enough water also keeps the body cells away from shrinking.

For strengthening the body muscles, lung capacity and the heart, extra boost is required. This extra boost is attained by exercising. It is said that minimum 150 minutes should be dedicated in a week to physical exercise. Swimming, cycling, running and regular visits to the gym help a lot to increase stamina. The duration and intensity of the exercise can be increased, but gradually. It is important to stretch before the workout, and cool down the body after the workout has been completed.

The more the mind is at peace, more is the mental stamina. In order to attain it, one must sleep for at least 8 hours a day. It helps the body and mind to perform better and in turn increases the stamina. One must free one’s mind from the negative thoughts, which otherwise can increase health problems. Yoga and meditation are together help to keep the mind at peace and boosts brain power. Yoga is also followed in order to avoid harsh workout methods of body fitness. Meditation keeps anxiety and depression away.

One must take long, but slow walk after having a meal. This helps the food to get digested. It also keeps toxins away from the body. Drugs, alcohol and cigarettes should be avoided, if someone wants to increase the body stamina, this is because such items reduce the capacity of the body.

Who is not eligible for the treatment?

There are no fixed eligibility criteria for increasing the stamina. Everyone is eligible to follow these rules to keep one’s body and mind strong and healthy. Therefore, every person can follow the methods to increase their stamina and keep themselves fit.

Are there any side effects?

If a person has any physical problem that does not permit her or him to do the physical exercises then that person should not stress her or his body to do them; which otherwise can harm the body instead of doing any good.

What are the post-treatment guidelines?

Certain exercises can harm the human body if the person is physically not able to do it, or if it is done in the wrong way. So one must be careful while working out. Otherwise people can suffer from body aches which can be very painful at times. Even, yoga should be done properly to avoid any side effects. Cramps can occur if the exercises are not done slowly and gradually. If the amount of exercise is increased suddenly, the body is unable to take it and this result in painful muscle cramps. If this continues unchecked, it can lead to more complications.

How long does it take to recover?

There are no fixed guidelines that are to be followed after the body stamina has increased. The only fact is one must keep following the various rules and regulations of increasing stamina, or else the body starts becoming lethargic and easy-going. The amount of physical exercises, yoga and meditation can be reduced to a certain extent, but it is not acceptable to stop everything all of a sudden. The body as well as the mind would start malfunctioning leading to sudden weight gain and other problems. Proper diet should also be maintained, including the proper quantity of water intake. Sleep hours should not be reduced.

What is the price of the treatment in India?

The time taken for attaining greater amount of stamina increases with increasing level of exercises, yoga and other rules such an maintaining healthy diet, proper rest and meditation. Most importantly, it is necessary to do a regular workout. This adds extra power and truly increases the physical stamina of the body. If this is increased gradually, the body stamina increases accordingly.

The cost of increasing stamina in India can vary between Rs. 60000 to Rs. 250000 in India

What are the alternatives to the treatment?

Stamina increasing regulations are only permanent only if they are strictly followed throughout life, which otherwise would bot be fruitful.

You must walk regularly, pain in the knees and heel happen in the beginning when you start exercise but as you do it regularly for more than a week then it will automatically disappear. You must also take Vit and calcium to reduce pain.
