Cumin is commonly called ‘Jeera,' ‘Jira,' ‘Zeera,' ‘Jintan’ and by several other names in different parts of the world. It is the dried seed of an annual herbaceous plant Cuminumcyminum. The fruit is a lateral fusi-form or ovoid achene, 4–5 mm in length. Cumin seeds are like fennel in appearance, but darker in color. It has oil canals located in the eight ridges. Characteristic strong flavor and aroma have made cumin an indispensable spice, especially in the south Asian cuisine where it is essentially used in every savory dish.

It's important to note that we cannot depend on a single food or some isolated remedy....whats important is to eat the right foods at the right time....not just restriction...usually maintaining a sustainable easy to follow diet which becomes your normal routine is what is going to help you lose fat. otherwise its pure water and muscle loss which shows as loss on the scake. Also no medicine or rememdy will work in isolation. it has to be coupled with a healthy diet and exercise routine. All the best health to you.

Hi. Thanks for the query. You need to go for a personalised plan. Singular foods .crash diets. Over exercising will only cause weight gain and further thyroid gland issues. Please take the right guidance and don't get attracted to shprt cuts like slim tea etc. Right weight loss does not happen in a jiffy.

Hello doctor, Currently I am on homeopathic medicine for Piles or fissures I also take Aerand bhrust tablet to clear my motion I was feeling good also but after consuming banana flower vege I am facing same pain and discomfort from few days. What is the more use full in weight loss/belly fat? 1) Is it the warm water with honey and lemon or 2) Is it the warm cumin water.

Hi There could be many reasons for weight gain. When you gain weight then obviously several other problems arises. To lose weight we need to focus upon some basic food plan like cutting down on grains and sugar. This helps immediately .we should avoid processed food.
