I am diagnosed with fatty liver grade 2. I am overweight by 10 kgs. I am non alcoholic. My sgpt is 218 and sgot is 110. I don't have any symptoms and problems. I have never felt any kind of pain in abdomen. I am hepatitis negative. My ultrasound says (for liver) - liver size is normal with grade 2 fatty changes. No focal lesion seen. Ihbr is not dilated. Portal vein radicals are normal. Cbd and mpv are normal. Rest of the organs are normal in ultrasound report. Sir, my questions are - 1. Is my condition a simple fatty liver or a nash? 2. Is nash a chronic liver disease? 3. Is nafld a chronic liver disease?
