I am a boy my age is 16 and my weight is 49 kg my height is 5.11" I am very very slim I want to gain weight and make my health and shape. My daily routine is that I sleep 8 hours daily and I not doing any work like exercise and outdoor activities I daily go on bus 10-20 km in my college when I come back home I eat 1root means bread after that I am I am do any work only use mobile and in time of 9 pm I eat 1root means bread and sit in the bed and do college work and going to sleep in 11.30 pm. Sir please tell me how to gain weight and what I need daily for eating how to exercise and how I control sometimes night fall.
