If you have a well balanced diet there is no need for any supplements unless suffering from deficiency. Moreover no supplements should be taken without advice of a health professional as it can interfere with the medicine you are taking and excess of any nutrient is harmful.

Multivitamin Will help you if indicated. Yes taking Multivitamin for too long can cause side effects. Just Take for 10 days in a month on alternative days. And give gap for 1 month. A to Z Capscule.

It is low, should be above 200 min. It can be corrected. Have a bowl of curd every day. You can also have methylcobalamin injection or tabs.

Hi, a well balanced diet along with an hour of physical activity and good rest of 8-9 hours is all what you need at this age. Please do not take any supplement till its recommended by your physician.

You can take some multivitamins for lifelong and others can be taken for at least 6 months and the duration is based on your real deficiency
