Hi Doc, I hope you are doing great. My issue is, I feel like my thighs are bigger when compared to my body. I'll be going to gym, but want to make sure how to reduce my thighs first because while making workouts surely the body shape will change over. Could you please advise how to reduce the thighs and what are all the foods I have to take and avoid. Please recommend how to reduce the weight also. Food structure. Thanks in advance.
