Mein weight loss bhi karti hun mein weight gain bhi karti hun. Mein height gain bhi batati hun. To aaj is video ke andar mein height gain karne ka reason aur uske kuch tips aur uske diet batane ja rahi hun. First key reason kya karan hain jise weight gain nahi hota kuch hereditary problems hotey hain, acidity, and plus diabetes hyper thyroid aapka khana pina sahi nahi calories jitna aap burn kar rahe hain utna aap intake nahi kar rahe hain plus apki constipations. Yeh reasons rahete hain height gain na hone ke. Ab mein is video ke andar aapko kuch tips deni ja rahi hunk e how can gain the weight & dietary. First tips you include in your diet more & more protein like cheese butter kenwa soya sprouts egg chicken meat etc. second take 3 bananas every day. Fourth do some exercise like muscles exercise karni hain humey kuch, kuch walk karna hain.

Fourth take juices like pomegranate juice kiwi juice – pomegranate is a very good juice who khoon banata hain it is very good. Ab mein aap ko kuch diet batane ja rahi hun ki kaise weight karenge aap gain. Every morning when you wake up jab bhi aap uthe take one glass normal water 30 ml amla juice 3 drops of panch tulsiac and 2 tsp of wheat grass juice every day in a 2 time in a day. Secondly in breakfast to take aloo paratha paneer paratha you include of your aloo paneer sweet potato be just like paratha cutlet sandwiches & take 2 times in a day 2 glass of milk.

Like milk lena apne do glass aur iske andar aapne milk ke milk ke saath yeh tip important tip hain – milk ke saath apko badam mishri & butter in tino ko mix karke roz everyday ek spoon khana hain 2 times in a day. In a lunch take 2 roti ya sabji ya dal whatever you like it dal le sakte hain ya aap sabji le sakte hain saath mein chawal lene hain ya roti whatever you like it & plus curd important hain & salad in a mid break take one bowl of roasted nuts like kaju badam kismis and jeeri pista. In a dinner take 2 roti sabji ya dal and plus apka kuch something protein like paneer 50 gms and one sweet dish also. Yes, carbs sirf 5% jata hai body ke andar, diet ke andar, 70% jata hai fat and 25% jata hai protein. To kaisi hoti hai ye keto diet. Ab isko brief me smjhati hun me. Jab normally way me hum carbs khate hain, to hmari body ke andar glucose turn ho jata hai. Kuch glucose burn ho jati hai or kuch glucose fat ke rup me hmari body me store ho jati hai. Jo storage hote hain vo as a fat me turn ho jate hain. Jab hum keto diet krte hain, Jab hum apna carbs band kar dete hai, to us time pe ye storage keto, jo storage fat hota hai vo keto system me chala jata hai. Quki iske andar hum fat se hi energy ko turn krte hain apni body me. Quki aap socho ki isme cheese butter kyu nhi rhega, quki hmara carbs to band ho gya. Ab hmari body ko energy chaiye, brain ko chalane k lia energy chaiye. To vo hum energy lenege, cheese, butter, paneer se. Iske andar milk and curd bhi band hota hai. To ye hai keto diet ke benefits. Ab keto diet krte samay hume 3 chizon ko dhyan rkhna chaiye. Quki hmari body me jab carbs kam hone lgta hai to multi-vitamins ki kami hone lgti hai. To hume multi-vitamins jrur lene chaiye. Constipation ki problem bhi hoti hai, to high level pe water consume krna chaiye. 3rd lemon water peete rehna chaiye. Or keto diet kisi ache dietitian ke under kren. Keto diet ko khud nhi kren. In this video, I tell you the causes, symptoms and how to cure the PCOD and diet. Causes, genetic problem and past of the family, periods, weight stuck. Second Symptoms, weight gain hona, weight loss na hona, periods problem, fatality problem, pregnancy problem and how to cure the PCOD. The main thing is that how to cure the PCOD weight loss by diet, by exercise, secondly take everyday flax seeds, flax seeds every day its very good for the PCOD patient and fatty acid second cinnamon powder take after lunch after dinner in 1 glass lukewarm water and take ACV yani ki apple cidar vinegar every morning take empty stomach with lukewarm water plus saath mein panch tulsi. Take B12, capsules it is good for the PCOD patient and takes amla juice also help for the PCOD reduction. Amla juice is a vitamin C source is very good for the diet. The main thing is the diet of PCOD patient, what is avoid for the PCOD do and don’ts the diet of PCOD patient avoid sugar contains yani ki sugar jayda nahi lena hai. Second, avoid sodium contain, sodium contain should less in your diet. Third, avoid diary forms, diary form is like that milk, cheese, butter just avoid that.
