I'm 40 years of age, my legs have pain and I feel not fit. My stomach feels bloated. Usually I don't feel hungry but I eat time to time. My meal time is nearly fixed. Most time I can feel pain in legs, sometimes in calf area or sometimes thigh. I heard that due to lack of vitamin b. 12 it happens. Should I take vit b 12 from outside. Everyday morning I have to spend time in toilet and have to pressure and very small amount of poo is released. Is this constipation? I have started taking triphala from couple of days. Still confused what to do? Kindly suggest.
