Since last 6 months my bp is 130/95. What test I need to do. Can it be reduced with exercise and walking. Also now a days once in a week I get indigestion due to which headache remains through out d day.

For now you need to take medicines. As in this bp it?s not recommended to do any type of exercise. Yes after it comes under control then you can start exercising n slowly can stop medicine. For indigestion do this 1. Don't overeat 2. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). No only biscuits or rusk will not do. 3. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it. 4. Have light meals every 2 hours (in addition to your breakfast, lunch n dinner) e.g. Nariyal paani, chaach, a handful of dry fruits, a handful of peanuts, any fresh n seasonal fruit, a cup of curd/milk etc 5. Finish your dinner at least 2 hours before going to sleep. 6. Maintain active life style. This is most important n non negotiable part 7. Avoid fast foods, spicy n fried foods, carbonated beverages 8. Take a lot of green vegetables n fruit. 9. Drink lot of water. 10. Curd is good for u. 11. Dear Lybrateuser, - you can try to reduce your bp by following some lifestyle measures:- have a salt restricted diet, avoid fried, processed and junk foods, also foods containing trans & saturated fats like bakery products, avoid pickles, papads & namkeens - have more of fibre containing foods such as vegetables, fruits, whole grains instead of refined ones, beans, lentils, pulses, sprouts peas and a handful of unsalted mixed nuts such as almonds, walnuts, pista, cashews & peanuts - do regular exercise like walking jogging swimming cycling for 20-30 min daily - sleep well for at least 7-8 hrs at night, keep your sleep and wake up time fixed - de-stress by doing yoga meditation and deep breathing which will relax your mind & body & reduce bp - if gas formation is there then use an antacid, have plenty of oral fluids for proper hydration and digestion - follow the above measures for proper digestion and to keep fit.
