Hello I prefer late night study but some say that waking up late night has side effects.
And in morning I feel lazine...
Dear lybrateuser, - Do not study till very lat at night, try to go to sleep as early as possible for about 6-7 hrs so that you get up refreshed & alert to concentrate on your studies - a fresh mind will help you study well in the day, less sleep will make you feel lazy & you won't be able to concentrate properly - try to keep a fixed sleep & wake up time daily as our body follows a circadian rhythm which controls the sleep & wake up time - also have a well balanced diet, be well hydrated & also restrict tea, coffee to 1-2 cups per day.
