Dear Lybrateuser, -tablet ecosprin av is a combination of ecosprin & atorvastatin (used to lower cholesterol levels) whereas ecosprin is a single drug tablet.

Dear Lybrateuser, - to keep active & to build your muscles & body you have to consume a well balanced diet with more of protein rich foods & do regular exercise - have more of fruits, vegetables including green leafy ones, whole grains instead of refined ones, protein rich foods such as eggs, lean meats, milk and milk products such as yogurt, cheese, buttermilk, cottage cheese tofu, soya products, beans, lentils, pulses, sprouts, peas and nuts such as almonds, walnuts, pista & cashews - include a protein rich food in each of your meals and also as a snack in between meals to boost your protein content - do regular exercise like walking, jogging, swimming, cycling, pushups, pullups, crunches, squats and also moderate weight lifting for 10-15 min twice a week to build your stamina & body.

Hi, my sister having a low bp problem and hb is low 8 point and many times they feel nausea and fainting 'so what should I have to do please tell me.

Dear Lybrateuser, - to increase hemoglobin & bp have a well balanced diet with more of fruits, vegetables including green leafy ones, non veg if you have, beans, lentils, pulses, figs, dates, beetroot, jaggery - have plenty of oral fluids including 8-10 glasses of water for proper hydration - do regular exercise - also can take supplements such as capsule autrin, 1 capsule daily after breakfast.

Dear Lybrateuser, - to build your muscles you have to consume a well balanced diet with more of protein rich foods - have more of fruits, vegetables including green leafy ones, whole grains like whole wheat, brown rice, oats and quinoa, protein rich foods such as milk & milk products such as yogurt, cottage cheese, butter milk, cheese, tofu, soya products, beans, lentils, pulses, sprouts, peas, nuts such as almonds, walnuts, pista, cashews and peanuts - include a protein rich food in each of your meals and also as a snack in-between meals to boost your protein content.

Dear Lybrateuser, - to keep fit & active you have to consume a well balanced diet with more of protein rich foods & do regular exercise - have more of fruits, vegetables including green leafy ones, vwhole grains instead of refined ones, protein rich foods such as eggs, lean meats, milk and milk products, tofu, soya products, beans, lentils, pulses, sprouts, peas and nuts - include a protein rich food in each of your meals and also as a snack in-between meals - also more of milk & dairy products & egg, fish such as salmon, tuna, mackeral for calcium & vit d content to strengthen your bones - do regular exercise like walking jogging swimming cycling pushups pullups crunches squats and moderate weight lifting for 10-15 min three times a week to build your muscles and to keep your body fit - also for calcium & vit d if low you can take a supplement like tablet shelcal 1 tablet daily after breakfast.

Dear lybrateuser, - She should have a diet high in iron , folates & also consume citrus fruits & other sour foods for proper absorption of iron from the gut & also take supplements - have more of fruits vegetables including green leafy ones like spinach, kale, broccoli, dates, figs, jaggery, beans, lentils, non veg if you have mainly liver - can have Capsule Autrin, 1 capsule daily after breakfast - monitor Hb level regularly.

What should I do for a long running about 5 km because when I start than I tired quickly.

Dear lybrateuser, - To build stamina follow some tips: - have a well balanced diet with more of protein rich foods such as eggs, lean meats, milk and milk products tofu soya products beans, lentils, pulses, sprouts, peas & nuts - include a protein rich food in each of your meals and also as a snack in-between meals - have a snack one hour before & after the run like a fruit banana, apple, dry fruit or a cup of milk or a sandwich to give you energy throughout the run & also help build your stamina - hydrate yourself well, have a glass of water an hour or half before the run, can keep sipping during the run & have more after the run as dryness can lead to tiredness - do warming up for 10 min by brisk walking or light jogging & stretching before the run & also similarly cooling down after the run - increase your pace , distance & time gradually over a period of time, increase a kilometre every week or ten days as the body requires time to adjust to a new routine.

From last 2 days I am suffering from pain in my middle of my stomach but now it solved but feels like gas.

Dear Lybrateuser, -your problem could be due to acidity - avoid fried, spicy, sour & junk foods, limit intake of tea, coffee to 1-2 cups per day if you have more, avoid gas forming foods like milk and milk products, beans, lentils, pulses, raw onions, garlic & tomatoes, aerated drinks - take tablet digene, 1 tablet three times daily 15-20 min after meals - have plenty of oral fluids including 7-8 glasses of water for proper digestion.

Dear Lybrate User, your problem could be due to a urinary tract infection - have plenty of oral fluids including 2-3 litres of water per day - do hot water bag fomentation for 5-10 min 2-3 times a day - take tablet cyclopam, 1 tablet twice a day after meals - do investigations, urine re/me, culture - consult a doctor as you may require a course of antibiotics for your problem.
