I was diagnosed with high bp 3 weeks ago. I had a minor heart attack when chest pain lasted for 1 min or less ,bp was 188 over 122 since then I am on medication. For bp I am taking selkon 50 mg in morning bp does drop by few points ,gets to 133 over 93 but by evening creeps again to 150 / 100. I have 2d echo with was normal. Doc said there are minor abnormality in ecg. I am not overweight I do yoga regularly and also house hold chores keeps me active then what might be causing all this. Please advise.
