Sir m suffering from liquid stool. How can I recovermyself and have a solid stool. I dnt take spicy food. I dnt take alcohol. I sleep properly. Even then also. M suffering from unhealthy stool. sometimes sticky. Little.stool. please help me to recover n how can I have a healthy poop.

You have to improve your food habits do 1. Take 2/ 3 glass of warm water in the morning before brush 2. Take more water in day 3. Take meals at fixed hrs, chew food properly/ completely, no eating quickly 4. Take small amount of food at a time, take more frequent meals - may be five times a day. 5. No spicy/ fried/ fast/ junk/processed food. 6. No smoking, chewing gum, and carbonated beverages. 6. No milk for few days, can take curd, no uncooked salad 7. Avoid constipation 8. Use nibu pani (lemon water) 2/ 3 times a day 9. Do not drink/ store water in plastic bottles. 10.relax and walk for 30 mts daily 11. Take enough rest- do not lie down immediately after eating. Take dinner 3 hrs before sleeping. No late nights 11. Keep your weight under control. 13. Avoid tea, coffee, alcohol 15. Reduce physical and mental stress. Maintain healthy life style. 1.Sulphur may help you grow new hair so take more Garlic, onion, eggs 2.Keep scalp clean 3.Do dry massage of scalp for 10 mts 4.Apply coconut oil to the scalp at night and wash in the morning 5.Treat dandruff with ketoconazole shampoo twice a week 6.If no dandruff use vatika shampoo 7.Take good healthy nutritious diet including fruits and vegetables- Eggs, Cheese ,Cauliflower ,Whole Grain atta, berries, mushrooms, banana, carrot ,peanut (good source of biotin vit B7) 8.Curry leaves extract (boiling in water and taking that water) 9.Do not apply any gel/lotion /any other chemical on scalp 10.Get thyroid t3 t4 tsh tested medicine can not be advised for open question for medicine contact on private chat good luck.

Dear Doc, I am sensitive to herbal medicines which works on nerves. Whenever I took herbal medicine it shows some side effect nerves tightness in throat, indigestion insomnia heart beat bp. It is all regulate by nervous system. I took green tea to oxidise these negative effect since I heard green tea to be very effective antioxidant. But since I am sensitive it has worsen my condition I have become hypersensitive to medicine allopathy too. If I took any medicine it shows some effect on my nervous system. please suggest how to subside side effect caused by green tea. I am facing problem in staying sleep, digestion nerves at throat etc high bp (sometimes)

My father is feeling chest pain since 2 months and I consulted a physician and later a cardiologist. He had gone through 2d echo and ECG and TMT. He has a high BP of ~170. Now the cardiologist saying we may need angiogram. The pain is not regular, I asked my father about that he's saying that is intermittent and lost for around an hour when he gets that.
