Rehearse the expected question and answer at home, may be she practice it in front of mirror, more practice more confidence, converse with her more and let her speak, more than you. Do not panic. Every sexual act does not lead to conception. Relax, take it easy have sex during fertile period, ie between 10 day to 16 days after periods. Have good nutritious diet with more fruits and vegetables reduce weight report after one month.

1.Apply ice twice a day 2.Use silicon heel pad, 3.Do not walk bare feet 4.Do towel stretch of feet – a.Sit with your legs extended and knees straight. B.Place a towel around your foot just under the toes. C.Hold each end of the towel in each hand, with your hands above your knees. D.Pull back with the towel so that your foot stretches toward you. E.Hold the position for at least 15 to 30 seconds. Do for 10 times morning and evening report after 15 days.

This is 57 years female from Kolkata. I'm a diabetic (take (GLIMEPIRIDE 2 mg + METFORMIN 500 mg) after breakfast & METFORMIN 500 mg after dinner) & 10 iu insulin overnight ,fasting 80, PP 287 measured today. I want to know what should be done to control my PP sugar level? Shall I increase Insulin? Or take glimepiride 1 mg before lunch? Please suggest complete list of medicine for my case For the last 1 year, I'm seeing that my fasting glucose level is under 100, but PP is above 200. One more thing, I'm using Basalog cartridge (Insulin Glargine (100IU) made of Biocon) Can I change my insulin to Glaritus (Wockhardt) or Basugine (Lupin)? The later are low cost insulin, will be a price saver, That's why asking.

Urine test is more reliable if done one day after missing your periods, how ever if your too eager then test can be done 2 weeks after the possible date of conception. If you want still early results you can get blood tested for hcg which is costly test. Good luck.

Sir I am in depressed from April 2017. Due to taking extra stress and fear from illness.
