Occasional palpitation lasting for a 1- 2 mts may be part of menopause. But if it is lasting for long periods and occurs frequently, then it needs to be investigate. Get blood cbc, blood sugar f/pp. Lipid profile and ecg. BP and report good luck.

1.Do not worry much, take it as a normal phenomenon. Do not feel guilty there is nothing wrong 2.When ever you get such thoughts try to divert your mind to some thing else. Take a glass of water, come out of room, take a walk for about 10 mts, take deep breaths for 5- 10 mts .u will find your thoughts flying away. I have been having pricking in the stomach and abdomen for past 4 months. In the last month it has spread to other parts also almost everywhere. About two months back, I had TURP operation. Last week, endoscopy was done and yesterday Abdomen MRI was also done, which has come out normal. Any constipation relieving medicine has the reverse effect on me and it causes more constipation. (Earlier, I was not having typical constipation.) cremaffin and Movicol Powder, infact created full constipation for 3 days last week. On stopping them only I had bowels. However, Meva SR has been useful in relaxing the gut muscles and making smooth motions. The doctor is suggesting to go for colonoscopy, as last step. I need your advice if I should go for it. I am worried that this pricking thing should not reach the eye. I already had Vitrectomy operation in one of the eyes, more than an year back, when gram negative bacilli was found in it.

U have to improve your food habits do 1. Take 2/ 3 glass of warm water in the morning before brush 2. Take more water in day 3. Take meals at fixed hrs, chew food properly/ completely, no eating quickly 4. Take small amount of food at a time, take more frequent meals - may be five times a day. 5. No spicy/ fried/ fast/ junk/processed food. Pungent, sour things, 6. No smoking, chewing gum, and carbonated beverages. 6. No milk for few days, can take curd, no uncooked salad 7. Avoid constipation 8. Use nibu pani (lemon water) 2/ 3 times a day 9. Do not drink/ store water in plastic bottles. 10.relax and walk for 30 mts daily 11. Take enough rest- do not lie down immediately after eating. Take dinner 3 hrs before sleeping. No late nights 11. Keep your weight under control. 13. Avoid tea, coffee, alcohol 15. Do no cabbage, broccoli, no radish, mustard, turnip, soya, no fatty / fast / spicy / processed food. Less tea / coffee. Gluten take more water repeat test after one month good luck.

Hello sir, I have two queries. First is regarding my dandruff problem. I am 34 years male. Since 15 years I have dandruff problem. Mine is a oily skin and requires head bath daily and I do head bath daily with Head and shoulders shampoo. Some times during winter and due to change of water, the intensity is high. Once I use selsun shampoo it would be alright. And later again the dandruff will appear after 2-3 months later. Is my practice correct. Is it fine to use shampoo like head and shoulder daily? Kindly suggest the best practice and right shampoo for my daily use. Second, My wife hair fall issue, after having two kids 4 years old and 1.5 years old, she got severe hair fall issue since 1st pregnancy. Till now it's not stopped. Since 1 month she is using Tab. follihair daily as recommended by endocrinologist as she developed hypothyroidism during 2nd pregnancy. We both stay in Bangalore.
