Hi, I am suffering from food poisoning and stomach infection for last 15 days. Doctor had prescribed antibiotics, antacids and probiotics along with painkiller for 5-6 days. I got some relief but then it started occurring again with lot of loose motions (now 10-12 in a day) even more than before. It's worse situation since last 3 days. Doc had taken cbc test and liver function blood test, but its fine except low hb. Now, the problem is I am very confused abt the diagnosis because I have practically no relief for 15 days. Loose motions, acidity, gas and headache and weakness is persistent. Can someone help me please?

Hve electrole powder as continue watery stool can lead to dehydration and stop medication. Tke sme ajvain boil it in water and hve twice or once a day in little qty, for weakness you cn hve multivitamin tab thts it nthng else is required.

Take medicine Aloes 30, 4 pills for 2 days and Ars alb 200, 4 pills twice a day for one day and report thereafter for further treatment. Take diet like khichdi or dalia, curd, also take ORS 3-4 times a day, so that body's electrolyte will be balanced. Be hydrated well. And revert back for further treatment.
