Dear Lybrate user, - To gain weight & to build your muscles have a well balanced diet with more of protein rich foods & do regular exercise - have more of fruits, vegetables, protein rich foods such as eggs, non veg, milk & milk products, soya products, tofu, legumes, sprouts & nuts - include a protein rich food in each of your meals & also as a snack in between meals to boost your protein content - do regular exercise like jogging, swimming, do moderate weight lifting for 10-15 min twice a week, also you can do push ups, pull ups, squats, crunches to build muscles & thereby gain weight.
