I want to include sunflower seeds, almonds,walnuts, watermelon seeds and pumpkin seeds into my diet but I don't know the quantity. please help me how to eat ,how much to include n when to eat.

When one is on treatment for hypothyroidism, it is very important to maintain TSH around 3 to 4 mU/L, at that level all the symptoms are in check So please do look at that. As regards taking various seeds (as mentioned, you may take about 30 to 40 g in a day. Either in two or three divided doses. Thanks.
