Blood pressur itself is not a disease .if you have any other issues like constipation or stress. Clear that first. And recheck BP again. At times it so happens than your system. Needs a correction. Go for short walks at a constant speed for min half an hour. In a week still if the BP values are high we will medicate accordingly.

As per your age 140/90 is okey. But still in your case it's borderline. So You can take Ayurveda Rasashala Rasgandha tablet 1 tablet twice a day or Patanjali Mukta vati one tb twice a day.
