Hi, From 2 weeks I am having lot of burping and air hunger Feels like I have to take a long breath. When I am busy I do not feel anything no other symptoms except these two I am eating properly and sleeping properly and energetic. I am having thyroid which is also under control. Pls suggest me.

I do not think you have any serious problem, take care of your diet which should be low fat, high fibre and easily digestable. Do not take water during eating food and till after half an hour. Do some exercise regularly, you will feel better.

Dear , From the symptoms you seem to have dyspepsia. And in hypothyroidism it's common to have issues with digestion and metabolism. 1. Take small portions of food in frequent intervals and after the previous food is digested. 2.take dried ginger mixed with black salt before food. 3. Take warm water. These you can try but if not relieved you have to explain your complaints more specifically.
