Hello, Thanks for the query. When one is on adequate dosage of Levothyroxiine TSH is usually mountaineered around 3 to 4 mU/L, at which all the symptoms are in check. Since your TSH is 9.63 mU/L, there is a need to increase the dose by 12.5 mcg per day. Then check TSH after 6 weeks, to see if desired level is reached. There is no need for any other medication. Another important aspect is to take a healthy diet, avoid bakery items, food made from maida, pastries, sweets, colas, alcohol and soy beans and soy containing products. Plus you have to exercise daily for at least 1 hour a day. If you have any questions please do come back. Thanks.
